Living Will

A Living Will outlines your medical treatment preferences if you become unable to communicate your decisions. It allows you to specify whether you want life-sustaining treatments, such as resuscitation or feeding tubes. This document ensures your wishes are followed during critical moments, offering peace of mind to both you and your loved ones.

Health Care Proxy

A Health Care Proxy allows you to appoint a trusted individual to make medical decisions on your behalf if you’re unable to do so. This person will act in accordance with your wishes, ensuring you receive the care you desire. Designating a proxy provides a clear voice for your healthcare when you are unable to speak for yourself.

Organ Donation

Organ Donation is the decision to donate your organs and tissues after death to help save or improve the lives of others. You can specify your organ donation preferences in your end-of-life documents, ensuring your intentions are respected. By choosing to be a donor, you leave a legacy of life and hope for those in need.

Designation of a Conservator

A Conservator is a legally appointed individual responsible for managing your financial affairs if you become incapacitated. Designating a conservator ensures that your assets and estate are handled according to your wishes. This appointment provides security and safeguards your financial well-being when you are unable to manage it yourself.
